Dear Thief
When a petty thief snatches the bag of a young refugee, he anticipates nothing more than a quick score. But inside, he finds more than stolen belongings—he uncovers a window into another life, marked by memory, loss, and quiet resilience. As the contents of the bag begin to haunt him, the thief is confronted with the raw humanity of his victim. What began as a simple act of survival spirals into emotional disarray.
Dear Thief is a poetic and haunting meditation on dignity, displacement, and the invisible threads that bind strangers. It is not a tale of redemption, but of reckoning—a story where one fleeting decision opens the door to unexpected consequence, not salvation, but unraveling.
